Bayan Baru is one of the residential hubs in Bayan Lepas, Penang behind Sungai Nibong. Pantai Hospital in Penang is built in Bayan Baru. Bayan Baru is located near the new Penang Bridge. Bayan Baru will also open another Heng Ee Chinese school branch in 2017.
